PRE WORKOUT MEAL

fats are not that bad for health. basically there are two type of fats saturated and unsaturated . for good health and we can say the fat which is good for our health is unsaturated fats means these kind of fats will not increase fat content in your body but they will help you to grow A tone of muscle size.

Eating fats before workout will help you to five maximum energy during the workout  because  1grm of fat contain 9 grms of calories so high calories will provide you a good amount of energy and strength to do the work .
