PRE WORKOUT MEAL

Our pre workout meal must contain carbohydrates protein and some fats
CARBOHYDRATES
- BROWN BREAD
- OATS MEAL
- BANANA
- MULTIGRAIN BREAD
All this food are covered under carbohydrate they basically complex carbs which will digest slowly and provide you energy for long time.
- EGGS,
- PROTEIN POWDER
- CHICKEN BREAST
- YOGURT
- PANEER
- TOFU
- COTTAGE CHEESE
So basically of protein our body is to recover the muscle which we will tear during the work out ad taking protein as a pre workout meal will help to recover the muscle at the time of workout. the main work All these food will cover under protein and you can add these food in you diet to get maximum result.
and fats to get maximum gains and maximum result during your workout.
Fats
fats are not that bad for health. basically there are two type of fats saturated and unsaturated . for good health and we can say the fat which is good for our health is unsaturated fats means these kind of fats will not increase fat content in your body but they will help you to grow A tone of muscle size.
Eating fats before workout will help you to five maximum energy during the workout because 1grm of fat contain 9 grms of calories so high calories will provide you a good amount of energy and strength to do the work .
The following food will cover under fats:
- Peanut butter
- Avocado
- Nuts
- fatty fish (salmon and mackerel)
So all in all if you want to rock in the gym you have to eat a sufficient amount of carbs protein
and fats to get maximum gains and maximum result during your workout.
